Helen Hall is a Learning and Development specialist who helps businesses create lasting positive change. Helen is a certified DiSC facilitator, passionate about self development in the workplace.

Her focus and expertise is centred on both personal and business transformation involving individual and team coaching, face-to-face facilitation and through virtual/blended learning.

She has extensive experience in building and developing Emotional Intelligence competencies such as self confidence, resilience and optimism. Helping individuals and teams to make the necessary changes that are both sustainable and significant for long term business performance, motivation and engagement.

Everything DiSC®

DiSC is an acronym for the four primary DiSC personality types (dominance, influence, steadiness and conscientiousness) that make up this model of human behaviour and help people understand 'Why they do what they do'.

DiSC measures your personality and behavioural style. It does not measure intelligence, aptitude, mental health or values. DiSC profiles describe human behaviour in various situations. For example - how you respond to challenges, how you influence others, your preferred pace and how you respond to rules and procedures. It does not measure every dimension of your personality.

Helen's own 'SC' DiSC style exhibits a calm and considerate approach to life which is fundamental to her working style whilst allowing her to be supportive, professional and flexible.
